Once again, the Sant Miquel festivities arrive in Gata, festivities named after the patron saint of the town’s parish church and the perfect occasion to say goodbye to summer. Gata welcomes autumn with music, events and lots of fun for the entire town.

What can we do at the Sant Miquel Festival?

 

The festivities will start on September 27 with the first and second rounds of the Sant Miquel truc and beer and dinner at the Baret de la Comissió, all set to DJ Inma.
At 11:30 p.m. The La Flama orchestra will perform at Enric Valor Park.

On Saturday, September 28, it will begin with a wake-up call by the commission and Quintos 2024 and at noon you can cool off at the Bous a Banda in the Commission’s Baret.
At 5:45 p.m. You can participate in the Globotá and at the end, we will go to Ca el Tramusser to enjoy a cool Agualimón and ending the afternoon in the Enric Valor park to enjoy the concert La vida es festa by Dani Miquel.

If you want to enjoy a concert by the C.A.M. Youth Band. Dénia and the Unió Musical de Gata Youth Band, at 6:30 p.m. A musical exchange concert will be held at the Casal de la Música. At night, the Mito orchestra will liven up the evening.

Finally, on Sunday the 29th you can enjoy Grupo Ñ at noon and, to end the festivities, at 7 p.m. A mass will be celebrated and then the Sant Miquel procession with a fireworks display at the end.
