In Gata, #LoTípic is going to Tramussera, an ice-cream shop, where tradition and flavor are fused in such a way that they are at the heart of the town. If you come one day to Gata, you can not miss the opportunity to refresh yourself our way.

Ice-cream shop was born in the 20s, and keeps many traditions alive. It continues to sell, on special occasions, with an original street trade vehicle they used in the past. Its lemon slush is famous throughout the region and the recipe retains all the original ingredients: lemon, water, sugar and cinnamon. The secret formula is kept by Tere “la Tramussera”, the manager of the ice-cream shop.

Her ice cream do not stay behind, becasuse she continues to elaborate the most traditional flavors with her aunt’s recipes, but also adding current tastes.

In Gata # LoTípic is to go to the Tramussera. We love having her in the village and we hope that tradition does not lose. Here everybody went with their parents, grandparents for their ice cream … And now they go with their children, grandchild… It is a wonderful feeling to revive with your son/daughter, something so nice that you have also lived in your childhood. There are no longer so many things like that. For this and much more, if you come to Gata, you have to go and try the authentic taste of the town.

An other way of eating ice-cream is with it “Clotxina”. You will not see this peculiar way of eating ice cream anywhere else. These shell-shaped ice cream wafers are a claim in the village ice cream parlor. You can fill them with the ice cream that you like the most or even combine two.

In Gata #LoTípic is #LoTípic. Come and meet them!
